Introduction

The gate is usually made of integral forging or high-precision casting, and undergoes a heat treatment process to eliminate internal stress, thereby improving structural strength and service life.

In terms of size, it provides a wide range of diameters from 1/2" (DN15) to 48" (DN1200), which is suitable for various industrial piping systems. The pressure level covers the American standard Class 150 to 2500, covering normal pressure to high pressure conditions. There are various connection methods, supporting flanges (RF, RTJ), butt welding (BW), socket welding (SW), threads (NPT), clamping and other forms, which are convenient for the installation of different types of pipelines.
