High Operational Safety
Three-piece structure, the middle section of the valve body can independently withstand pressure up to ANSI 1500. The sealing surface is separated from the valve body, avoiding overall pressure failure. Maintains ≥98% seal integrity even under overpressure or shock conditions.
Optimized Flow Channel Design
Ball diameter ratio up to 0.95, flow resistance coefficient less than 0.1, suitable for high flow or long-distance transmission systems, with lower energy consumption.
Wear-Resistant Internal Structure
Ball hardness HRC60, valve seat coating thickness 0.2mm. Uses tungsten carbide or nickel-based alloy spraying, suitable for oil, gas, and slurry pipelines containing solid or sandy media.
Prevents Backflow
Ball-seat clearance ≤0.02mm, shut-off leakage rate meets API 598 Class VI standard. Suitable for chemical, reaction, and metering systems requiring backflow prevention, ensuring unidirectional media delivery.
