Introduction
The Welded End Butterfly Valve is a butterfly valve with a welding connection method. Both ends of the valve body are connected to the pipeline by welding to ensure reliable sealing and strong pressure resistance. It is widely used in high temperature, high pressure or working conditions with high sealing requirements.

This series of butterfly valves has good temperature adaptability. Depending on the selected valve body material, it can operate for a long time under different working conditions. The working temperature range of carbon steel material is -46℃ to 425℃, which is suitable for most conventional industrial media; while stainless steel material (such as CF8, CF8M, etc.) can work under -29℃ to 560℃, which is more suitable for high temperature or corrosive fluid systems, and adapts to environments with large temperature differences or frequent changes in process systems.
3. Wide range of applicable diameters
The product design covers a wide range of diameters, from NPS 2 inches to NPS 80 inches (DN50 to DN2000), and can be widely used in small and medium-sized fluid control systems and large trunk transmission pipelines. Whether it is municipal water supply, industrial medium transportation, or energy pipeline systems, this valve can be flexibly used.
4. Optimized materials and precision manufacturing processes
The valve body and key components are selected from suitable metal materials according to working conditions. Carbon steel materials such as A216 WCB are suitable for industrial medium systems at normal temperature and high pressure; in terms of manufacturing, the valve body and valve plate are precisely processed by CNC machining centers to ensure structural symmetry and sealing surface matching, which helps the valve to open and close smoothly and stably. The inner cavity of the valve is coated with PTFE or FBE to further improve the chemical resistance and service life of the product.
