Low Temperature Adaptability
The Cast Steel Trunnion Ball Valve is made of A352 LCB/LCC low-temperature cast steel, with a stable metallographic structure and impact toughness ≥27J (-196°C), ensuring reliable sealing and stable operation of LNG and cryogenic pipelines.
Balanced Operating Torque
The double-support ball design ensures a ball-support surface contact area ≥80%, resulting in uniform torque distribution. Opening and closing torque is reduced compared to floating ball valves of the same diameter, preventing jamming.
Self-Cleaning Design
The ball surface radius ≥3mm, combined with a hardened seat coating, reduces solid particle accumulation, with a solid impurity blockage rate ≤1%, maintaining smooth opening and closing over the long term.
Low Pressure Drop and Low Flow Resistance
The full-bore design, with the ball orifice diameter equal to the valve body diameter, results in a pressure drop of <5% at the Reynolds number, making it suitable for high-flow, high-pressure systems.
