Introduction
The Center Line Butterfly Valve is a common type of butterfly valve. Its structural feature is that the center of the valve stem, the center of the butterfly plate and the center of the valve body are on the same axis, which is called the "centerline structure". It consists of a valve body, a butterfly plate, a valve stem and a sealing ring. It can be opened or closed by turning 90°.

1. Strong corrosion resistance
The butterfly plate (disc) of the centerline butterfly valve is made of 1.4408 stainless steel (CF8M) or aluminum bronze (C954) and has good corrosion resistance. It is suitable for a variety of corrosive media environments, such as chemical fluids, sewage treatment systems, and salt-containing media such as seawater. In addition, the valve fasteners are made of stainless steel, which is not easy to rust, further enhancing the overall corrosion resistance and ensuring that the valve can maintain structural stability and sealing in humid or highly corrosive conditions.
2. Good sealing performance
The butterfly valve provides a variety of sealing seat material options, including EPDM, NBR (nitrile rubber), FKM, VMQ and PTFE, which can be selected according to the specific media type and temperature requirements. The valve stem sealing part adopts an O-ring structure with the same material as the valve seat. This same material matching design helps to achieve stable sealing and reduce the risk of leakage during long-term use.
3. Wear-resistant and flexible opening and closing
The valve bearing part is made of PTFE graphite reinforced material, which has good self-lubrication and low friction properties, can reduce wear during opening and closing, and extend the operating life. It is especially suitable for frequent opening and closing applications. The valve stem (dry) is made of 420 stainless steel, which has high mechanical strength and certain wear resistance. While maintaining good transmission force, it is not easy to deform or fail due to long-term use.
4. Anti-corrosion structural reinforcement
The valve body is made of GGG40 ductile iron, and its surface is coated with epoxy resin coating. Ductile iron has good strength and toughness, which can meet the pressure and mechanical load requirements in the pipeline system, while the epoxy coating provides an effective protective barrier for the valve body to prevent moisture and chemicals in the external environment from corroding the metal surface.
