Introduction
Ceramic Double Gate Valve is an industrial valve made of ceramic material as sealing pair (such as gate, valve seat, etc.). It has a double gate structure and is commonly used to convey fly ash, coal slurry, mineral slurry, cement, acid and alkali liquid and other granular or corrosive fluids.

Chemical Corrosive Media Transportation

Pressure ratings can be selected from PN1.0, PN1.6 MPa, or CLASS 150LB, 300LB.
Flanges and Connections
Flange connections can be manufactured according to ANSI B16.5, DIN EN 1092, or specified standards.
Connection types can be selected from full flange, wafer type, or short neck flange.
Customizable Actuation Method
Valve can be equipped with manual, pneumatic single-acting, or pneumatic double-acting actuators.
The cylinder stroke, operating force, control interface (4-20mA, switch, electrical interface), installation direction, and optional accessories (positioner, limit switch) can be specified.
