1. All parts of the butterfly valve, whether manual, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric, are strictly debugged before leaving the factory. When rechecking the sealing performance, the user should fix both sides of the inlet and outlet evenly to close the butterfly valve, and the butterfly valve is opposite to the inlet side. Apply pressure and observe whether there is any exposure on the outlet side. Before the strength test of the pipeline, the disc plate should be opened to avoid damage to the safety valve of the air compressor, spring-loaded safety valve, micro-open safety valve, stainless steel Safety valve, steam safety valve, power station safety valve.
2. Although the butterfly valve has been strictly inspected and tested before leaving the factory, there are also automatic screw displacements of a single product during transportation, which need to be re-adjusted, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc., please refer to the operating instructions of the supporting equipment.
3. When the electric butterfly valve leaves the factory, the opening and closing strokes of the control mechanism have been adjusted. In order to avoid the wrong direction when the power is turned on, the user should first turn on the manual to the half-open position after turning on the power for the first time, and then press the electric switch to check that the direction of the indicator plate is the same as the closing direction of the valve.
